They answered all my questions & concerns. This is a beautiful shop that offers many services. I felt so good & educated on my concerns with new make-up & skin care. Went in for the first time since the new owner, Meredith, started. She is very knowledgeable about the cosmetics and lashes/brows. I have seen her work before – she is definitely the person to call when you’re in need of lash or brow work! I was happy to hear that Merle Norman was staying open in Wilson after the previous owner moved – even happier now to know it is in great hands!

Yesterday was my first time in the store. Caroline and the new owner, Meredith who I just found out purchased this business a month ago were so delightful and personal. They both greeted me as soon as I walked in the door & made me feel like a customer should be felt! They both were extremely knowledgable when it came to their products and recommended different items to me that I was described I wanted. While I was there I made an appointment to come back to get a facial and my brows waxed! Meredith & Caroline just got a new repeat client and I will recommend this Merle Norman to anyone!
