I love trying new places, today I was definitely blown away by this small nail salon. I love how clean everything was. The manager was very helpful, kind and made sure that I was pleased. She helped my nail tech understand what I needed when there was an issue. Andy did an incredible job on my hands The way that he was gentle and very attentive to the details made this manicure exceptional. I love the color he was very helpful when the first one I chose was too light he went and found exactly what I was looking for. Now I feel like I’m ready for spring. Thank you Andy and thank you Mercedes I will definitely be back and will be asking for Andy again .

I would give 0 stars if a choice.
Owner/manager/emp. Not sure which but she parks in the handicap spot or on the strips everyday. When confronted about the stripes she argued. Until she was told the police could be called to verify she was parking illegally. Not acceptable that she sees nothing wrong with parking in spots for those with disabilities.

I have worked with almost all of the nail techs here, and they all do great work, but Ann has my heart! She does such a fantastic job every time, and has such a gentle touch. She really goes above and beyond to make sure I have a relaxing, enjoyable experience every time. If you stop in to M Nails, definitely give Ann a try! She will not disappoint!!

Moved to Beaumont 8 months ago I haven’t been to a nail salon since moving. This was my first time visiting. I just finished up and I will say this is THE BEST PEDICURE…..I’ve ever had! My feet feel so soft! I’m not exaggerating.I ended up coming with with my wife and mother in love and grandma in love! The atmosphere is very warm and friendly! If you haven’t been or if you’re looking for a new nail salon try this one you won’t regret it.

I had my fills done May 22nd. The girl I always go to was off that day and I was put with an obvious rookie. Her English was not good so it was hard to communicate the things I wanted to ay (like, I want my nails thin.) She had to ask someone to interpret simple words a couple of times.

I went home and my nails started lifting the next morning. Being disabled, I am not allowed to drive. I am at the mercy of my husband’s work schedule, unfortunately. So I was not able to get back to the salon until June 1st.  I spoke to the lady up front via phone and explained the situation and that I was not going to pay to have their faulty work repaired, but that I would tip the my usual girl to fix it. (My husband was picking up $10 cash to bring back as her tip.

Well, after about 20 minutes, I was told that they only cover fixing their mistakes for 9 days…

I told her I would NOT be coming back.

So unprofessional which shows just how much they do NOT appreciate their customers.
