At first I thought they were great. Then I realized they only have two employees. The guy doesn’t speak any English and didn’t do what I wanted to my nails last time. Then he got pissed off at me because I asked them to fix it and they refused. Here I am two weeks later with broken sharp nails when I do the dip. I tip $20 every time and suddenly they’re always too busy to see me when before they would have available time whenever I called anytime any day of the week. They’re pissed off because they had to give me a free manicure last time because it sucked and it wasn’t what I wanted and I told them I was happy to have them redo it and pay to have them do it the way I wanted, and they refused. I just called them and asked them to please fix it and then once they realized it was me they said they were busy. They are just nothing but scumbags. Never go back there. Here’s a picture of their work.

The man who did my nails filed so aggressively that he cut my skin on the sides of my nails with the nail file! I was so stressed out that I just sweat profusely through the whole ordeal and ended up with clunky, terrible looking nails. He also had an open wound on his knuckle that was uncovered… it worries me how sanitary this place is. There was no hand massage or cuticle oil either. I literally left dusty and stressed.

I got my nails done by a girl, she was FAST, took off my dipping full set and did a new full powder set with a design all in just 1 hour!!! I will DEFINITELY be back for amazing service!
