Waited 30 minutes for technician to get started on mani/pedi after being told wait would be 5 minutes. During pedicure technician was very slow and talked on her cellphone. Ran out of time for gel manicure so we switched to gel polish only. Polish was all over cuticles, nails were not shaped, thumb was not cut evenly, and no clean up of polish or even attempt to make the polish neat.

Just left this nail salon after it became clear from the lady doing my nails that I was unwelcome. I explained to her the two colors I wanted on my nails. She explained that design would take two hours. I then showed her a different design that was less complicated. Upon attempting to explain to her how I would like the color in the design distributed in my nails she huffed and smacked her teeth. This made me extremely uncomfortable. I excused myself and in the midst of getting up she said “next time know which design you want”. I knew what design I wanted. She just didn’t want to do it. I left immediately after that. Her false statement seemed to be in attempt to explain why I left abruptly to the customers and staff watching. I refuse to sit for upwards to an hour in an uncomfortable situation with a nail tech that clearly didn’t want to do my nails. I’ve been visiting this nail salon since 2016, but I won’t be back after this blatant unprofessional display to customers who spend almost $100 for sets.

$45 plus a $8 tip for a basic gel pedicure. Service was not terrible but the gel was sloppily applied and the lady rushed through my service. I’ve been to another nail salon where they have a timer that they use for each steps in the pedicure. My basic pedicure did not include exfoliation either .

I just moved here from out of state and I was looking for a new nail salon. This is the first place I gave a shot and it’s the last place I’ll go to. They’re very friendly and very good at what they do. I had Mom do my pedicure and Hannah do my acrylic nails! They both exceeded my expectations! I’m a happy customer!
