I recently took my mom to Mega Nails to get her nails done for Easter. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism and efficiency, considering how busy they were. The staff were accommodating. My mom’s nail tech was attentive and listened to my mom’s preferences. Overall, I was happy with my visit and more importantly, my mom was happy and appreciative of how the staff took care of her.

Very rude tired to get my wife’s an mother in laws nails done they gave me a price an at the end increased the price an would not honor what was originally stated an even asked to leave mid way through the session if we didn’t want to pay the increased price they asked for. Just bad service A made us feel very uncomfortable .

I’ve been here twice before and it has been fine. However, today I went for a dip, manicure and a gel pedicure… Mai, who did my manicure was absolutely terrible. Her body language, her lack of asking me what I wanted as far as shape or anything screamed “I don’t wanna be here”. She was literally spilling Her supplies all over the floor and couldn’t care less. She was filing my nails so aggressively. I had to tell her to stop because it hurt. Again, she could care less. She was doing my nails with distain. Helen, who did my toes was OK, but I left with my manicure, being shiny on all of my toes, except, my big toes. Who knows what was going on there.
Also, I have to say, it was filthy in there today. The floor was filthy. The extra a pedicure chairs that were being used were filthy. Even going back to the restroom felt sketchy. It was really dirty. Very disappointing. Don’t know if I’m going back.

The quality of service, the attention to detail, and the friendly atmosphere is top tier. The place was hygienic and clean. I could tell the tools and equipment were sanitized. I live in the desert for part of the year and I’ll definitely be returning when I’m back in Rancho Mirage.
