Jenni, Chloe, and Ling were excellent! I came in as a first time client and they took their time. I enjoy a nail spa where the clients aren’t rushed in and out. Jenni gave me the best massage during my spa pedicure. Also, my 10 year old daughter recieved a pedicure and she was treated so respectfully. She enjoyed her massage and spa treatment. I will be returning and letting others know about McDonough Nail & Spa. 🌈😊
I would like to add an update to my review…
I did have a nice experience at the spa, but the prep work, products, and/or the techniques need much improvement. Seven days after I got my gel spa pedicure the paint popped off of four of my left toes. Also, the paint chipped on my right nail. I know that gel manicures and pedicures should last longer than one week. Now I feel like I wasted my money.

I decided to pamper myself today, so I walked into McDonogh Nail & Spa after seeing all the positive Google Reviews. It was my 1st visit and I will definitely return. I requested a Classic Pedicure, Classic Manicure and Eyebrow Waxing. Jenni did my Pedicure & Manicure. She took great care and made sure that I was pleased. Nini did my Eyebrow Waxing and also took her time and showed care. The place is bright (white & light grey decor) and I loved the atmosphere. All the staff members were pleasant. The prices are comparable to the other salons in the area. I would definitely recommend.

New salon alert! The space was bright, beautiful, and clean. Many colors to choose from, staff was very friendly. We got gel am I, pedi, and an 11year old for a regular manicure. We were all very pleased with the outcome! Drinks were offered to each of us. We will definitely be back!

Such an amazing experience! The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The spa is spacious and clean. The prices are great and there is a variety of quality colors to choose from. I call this a “hidden gem” because it’s in an office building on the lower ground ( walk down the steps and it’s of your right side if you park in the front of the office building). You get a discount on your first visit. I will definitely be going back!

Initially, I took away two stars, one for a fill-in taking an hour and a half and quality was just okay (shaping isn’t the best), and another for all those small upcharges, such as xl nails (okay) and a cut down I didn’t ask for (I did say no when they asked me if wanted a cut down) but I still got charged. I added a star back because of the hospitality, they constantly asked if I was okay, and did I want or need anything, I’ll be back to change my review if the nails don’t hold up long. I do like the color though. Also, they honored the 15% coupon without me having the flyer present.
Update: Nail separating after two days, another star down.
