Service was ok and I was very hopeful with my nails. I got gel powder that I normally get at other salons. Normally this style of manicure lasts about 3 weeks. When I got them done here, by the next day they chipped on the edges. A week later, all of them were chipped. Makes me believe the products they use aren’t the best quality. The price in the window said $45 and I was charged $48. I didn’t have anything extra done. Quite expensive to have my nails chip the next day.

They don’t know how to paint nails! Worst service ever! The gel nail polish was thick and i was rushed. She didn’t do the right steps. Terrible experience

I won’t edit my post, and I stay firm as I stated below.

I called this morning trying to get an appointment for my daughter the owner said she’ll call me back which I found weird but ok. So I didn’t here from them I call back around 3:45/4 to follow up, the owner (Rosa) comes back on phone stating she will no longer Honer my appointment because of my review below 👇🏻 ! I guess honesty bothers them, instead of bettering their services and doing what’s right for customers. There’s many places in town to go to Nutley is full of salons, this is what poor management looks like… to its best

They can’t keep their appointments, I’m not one to complain but it’s the 2nd time. I had a 5:30 appointment “girls day out” 3 pedicures, also made an appointment with one particular nail tech. Upon arrival I see there working on one of there family members manicure, ok so I requested to soak my feet as I waited for nail tech it’s 5:45 no one has said a word to me mind you my mom & daughter already started there pedi. The nail tech come down to just start her family members feet disregarding I’m there waiting for her she said nothing totally ignored me, and still no approach from person in charge !!! As a business owner my self one thing I know is to have respect and common courtesy for my clients communication goes a long way. It’s 6:05 and just now they get started on me, still no explanation apologies nothing. One problem I see here is that they’re always over booking their staff, and accepting appointments even if they’re late. According to person in charge the client was running late!! How is that my problem?? Why wouldn’t you then put your family member with someone else when you clearly know there was an appointment coming in soon. That’s a big problem for the clients that are on time, truly unacceptable ! By now I was running late to family dinner didn’t even get a chance to paint my nail, polish was not going to dry.

The person in charge honestly didn’t care when approached, she has a stick face. No care what so ever!

it’s been only 10 days and my gel nail polish already chipped. Their nail polish quality seems to be really bad because I have never experienced this at any other salon I’ve been too. Definitely DO NOT recommend going here! Will be a waste of your money.

I recommend 10/10 All the girls are very friendly! I Was delighted with my nails!
