Had a very below average experience for my first time at Matthew Morris. I got my haircut and colored by Paloma in the DTC location. I initially had a consult that lasted all of five minutes and barely got my concerns and objectives out before she told me she had to move onto the next appointment. When I went for my appointment, I had shown 20 + pictures of what I hoped to achieve from past pictures of myself with the exact hair color I wanted. Mid appointment after the hair color had been applied, She asked me if I had liked cooler tones, which was completely the opposite of all of the pictures and information I had told her. I left the appointment with basically what I walked in color wise with -2 – 3 inches of hair that I did not want cut and $600 later. Not a great experience at all.

I have been getting my hair done by Audrey for 4 years now and can’t say enough good things about her. I’ve never in my life gone back to someone so consistently until I found Audrey. Not only is she so sweet and fun to chat with during my appointments, but she’s also extremely professional and clearly knows what she’s doing. She is a great listener and gives very insightful advice on what we should do with my hair and always explains the why to me so I can understand what we are doing. She is amazing at balayage and highlights and really understands the different undertones of my hair and what will look best on me. She is the only person I trust to touch my hair, so much so that I’ve asked her to do my wedding hair in August! I can’t imagine ever going to someone else for my hair!

Brittany is my girl! She takes care of my curls and highlights like a professional hair sorcerer.
I always leave feeling extra confident, prettier, and lighter.
Brittany has a real eye for hair color and will be completely honest about what your hair needs. My hair is a little more dry especially in the Colorado weather. Taming curls can be tough but she made the perfect recommendation and I’m sold on a new hair cream.
My highlights always come out perfectly blended. Even when they grow out, they grow naturally. I don’t trust anyone with my hair. I have had bad experiences but I feel so comfortable in her chair.
I recommend Brittany to all the lovely gals and gents that want to leave feeling refreshed and 100% happy with their experience.
I can’t say enough good things about her.
