Great experience overall with friendly and thorough front staff. They always offer enhancements to invigorate my experience. Massage therapist Jack has very fluid motion and just the right amount of pressure. He’s thorough and listens to my needs then addresses areas of concern every time.

Lisa is also a great aesthetician. My skin health has improved a lot since I started seeing her.

My first visit to Massage Envy made me a member for life! The staff is extremely helpful, friendly and truly concerned about your needs. I was expecting a more clinical environment, but I was transported into a Zen, spa like atmosphere in the heart of a pearl city shopping center! Convenient AND fantastic!!! The rooms are peaceful and the decor is calming. I’ve had many therapists and have never had a bad experience, and I come from Arizona, land of the spas :). Becoming a member has helped me really take care of myself, finally. Every time I used to get a massage I would think how I need to do it more often, but I would delay and put it off, and six months later I would be a solid mass of knots again. With my monthly membership (very affordable, by the way!!), I’m already paid and I have started scheduling as I leave so I know when my next treatment is coming. I really cannot say enough about this place. Give it a try! You will love it!
