Brooo… She did me so dirty. This took literally over an hour!!!

I’m not sure what it’s called but SHE KEPT BURNING ME WITH THE ELECTRIC NAIL FILER TOOL. I kept pulling my hands away AND SHE KEPT BURNING ME!! I was literally sweating in the chair as she shaved down my nails.. I was so relieved when she put it away.

But she kept taking it out, and burned me several more times in succession. Everytime she took it out I wanted to cry.

She literally took forever to file my nails down, and they’re still so big. Like I know my nail beds are slimmer than that.

It’s not a cute look, and it was a terrifying experience. The thing is, I’ve been here before and was satisfied with the outcome. They’ve also been much gentler before. It’s just this one lady who messed me up. Goes to show how one negative experience can ruin your outlook of something.

I feel bad calling her out, but I don’t want anyone else to go through the same thing as me. Her name was Sarah. Never coming back because of Sarah.

Edit: went back and a different dude did my nails, free of charge. He was super nice about it. He saved my life lmao. First picture shows lady’s work, and second one shows the guys work. Thank god he was there. Literally the best set I’ve gotten, love them so much.

I came for a walk in pedicure and they made it seem like it would be no problem to get in. I waited for 35 minutes and still had not been put in a chair. I know I didn’t have an appointment but it also would’ve been nice to have been told that it was going to be a long wait. I’m sure if I didn’t leave, I would’ve waited for close to an hour. Just a side note, they had two people come in for their pedicure appointments at 2 and I came in at 1:50. Knowing this, they should’ve told me they don’t have any room for any walk ins because of those appointments and because they already had quite a few people getting pedicures done. They should know how to manage walk ins while still having appointments to ensure that each customer is being taken care of. If you’re going to accept walk ins you need to be responsible and let them know that it will be a long wait that way the customer can decide if they want to stay or not. I just wasted my time when I feel like they could’ve been honest and upfront.

I went there with my two daughters ages 10 and 7 for a pedicure. We had the most amazing service they’ve treated my daughters like princesses had amazing customer service as well as they were very attentive to our needs. I highly recommend and will definitely go again by myself or with my daughters.

Such nice people in this shop!! My daughter and i both got the Deluxe Pedicure. They use great products that smell so fresh & clean, and the massage part was EXCELLENT. They were so sweet and careful with me and ky dumb broken leg. Highly recommend!! Oh, and I love the little fireworks she painted on my toes!!

Great service and I love my nail art! They really listen and take time so my nails look good! I always get compliments about my nails. The other service I use is the pedicures, I really enjoy these because my nails are always on point but they massage your feet and it’s so relaxing in the massage chair.
