This was my first and last time coming here. They charged me 70 for a gel pedicure because I have 2 colors. They charged me 100 for a full set which took 2.5 hrs for. Because she was slow. My nail designs are not 50 worth. All because I used more than one color 180 and they did a piss poor job on my 70 pedicure my nails could have been filled better to look even and nice. They just lost out on a loyal customer because they wanted to be scandalous about their prices.

She did a Phenomenal job. 1st place I’ve ever given 5 stars let alone took the time to post. Definitely worth it for a Full set acrylic plus design.

The salon is well maintained and clean. Marie is very friendly and engages with all her customers. My only complaint(s) were that I had called ahead to get their prices, since this was my first time trying this shop. I was quoted $40 for an acrylic fill with gel polish and $35 for a pedicure. I was convinced to try a very cool rainbow metallic color that was displayed on a ring on individually polished nails. We decided it was probably time to get a new set of acrylic nails put on which wasn’t an issue because it had been at least 8 months since I’ve had my old ones on. My bad for not asking how much that would add to the bill for the services I received because I was floored when Marie told me that the new set, fill, powder metallic color, and pedicure was $140!! What? How did the price jump so significantly, and why would you not tell your customers this BEFORE you start up-selling every service? I’m not a big fan of switch and bait. Especially when there is no sign posted anywhere of what the prices are or the fact that you will be charged an ADDITIONAL 10% if you pay with a credit or debit card. That’s completely unacceptable and downright greedy. You want my business, but expect me to pay for your vendor fee? For $140 for an hour of your time, the least you should do is pay the minimal credit card fee yourself and not encourage customers to pay cash so you can bury your income to avoid being taxed. I liked Marie a lot. I did enjoy the pedicure and inclusive massage. Her work was decent, but my nails did chip within 4 days, something I almost never experience with normal gel polish. I cannot highly recommend this shop if you’re budget conscious. If you regularly spend a ton of money on your nails, you will probably be fairly impressed with the overall quality and experience of trying this salon.

The best in the area, really…and I did try about 5 others and came back and they never disappoint! If you have any issues with anyone or anything just talk to Maria and she will fix it with a smile: trust me 🙂

The owner Maria was very nice and professional, she greeted me with a smile! Eunice & Mia were great too and very friendly!! Maria Nails & Spa just got a new customer!!
