I went on 1/18 and I wasn’t happy with my visit. Firstly, I feel like I was overcharged because I got a short full set French tip and a basic pedicure which I was charged $138 for before the tip. Considering the pedicure was no chip it has chipped already less than a week of having it. My manicure was very streaky and bumpy and is chipping as well. My feet and hands were also left dry and ashy. Definitely not worth the price that I paid. Didn’t want to combat the price on sight due to already having a rough day but I definitely will not be returning.

Janay is seriously the best nail artist I’ve ever seen. She takes her time with the shape and the design making sure everything is perfect for you really really love the last two sets I’ve gotten done by her she is awesome I would 110% recommend her to anyone!!

The reason I am giving 2 stars is because the service was ok to start with and I have never given a bad review or ever complained to a company in general, but paying what I did I feel like I have to. I was getting my nails done for a formal event at school, my birthday, as well as Halloween coming up. I got a an acrylic full set and a pedicure. I originally tipped(I have no idea why) because I always tip and felt bad when I should be the one being felt bad for. I didn’t really let it soak in until I sat in my car staring at my nails for 15 minutes and my friends and family told me to go back in too. My nails were crooked, you can see where they started the fill and where my old nails ended, not cleaned up, the acrylic doesn’t cover my whole nail really, not what I wanted, and just didn’t look the best. They didn’t clean all the dust off so it looks like the black part of my nails have lice. They are also doing a weird bubbling thing. When cleaning up the black French tip part it got swiped down on to the nude part and wasn’t taken off in time or before the top coat. Now it’s turning some odd brown color. I have tried to rub it off the nude part and I have thought about using nail polish remover, but I don’t want to make them worse. You can see all of this in the pictures. I went back in and spoke with the manager and she said to just stay and wait so she could fix them, but I had to leave in order to get ready for my formal. She also offered to come back on the weekend (in which I couldn’t because I was going home for my birthday). She then offered I could come back the next week when I got home to which I said it wouldn’t be worth it (so I thought) at that point. I got 25% off and I am grateful for something back I truly am, but I tipped so it would have been nice to get the tip back and then the 25%. This still made it around $98 with the money I got back. Before tip I believe it was $110 so with tip it was $123 (again I have no idea why I tipped). I don’t want to post my feet, but trust me when I say they look rough too. It’s like I didn’t even get a pedicure. Not to mention I broke out in hives. It has only been 4 days and this is what they look like. My nails do not grow that fast. I called today because I am back from being home and I’m not going to lie my nails are hard to look at and I’m not a girl that gets her nails done a lot. She said since I got my money back I cannot get them fixed unless I pay again. Everyone has told me “They look ok from far away just don’t show close up” and I agree but I paid a lot for something I should want to and shouldn’t be ashamed to show close up. I also felt when I complained (even though I made it clear I definitely didn’t want to be complaining) I felt like I was an annoyance or the problem of the situation. But I am not happy. I feel absolutely horrible for leaving this review because like I said and I am not one to even complain let alone do this, but I figured this would give a representation of what it actually looks like.

Went here to get my nails done for the first time in about five years. I pay $59 for gel nails and thought that I liked them but as I got home and continue to actually look at my nails, it look like she did not do a very neat job and sloppy work, my nails was a bit lumpy in the middle and it wasn’t a very good polish job as some parts of the polish was lighter or darker than others and they were very thick. So I called back and told the person on the phone about how unhappy I was about my nails and she said to come in and she will have the lady redo my nails. I get there and the lady didn’t seem like she was very happy that I had called and complained about my nails. Well what would you do if you pay $59. She did not try to apologize for the nails. She just grab my hands when I was trying to explain to her and just start for filing instead of listening to what I was trying to tell her that if she was. She went under the nail to file them down to try to make them thinner in on the sides of the nail to make it a little bit more square like I wanted it in the first place, however, with her doing that left the polish on done and went back to the regular acrylic on the sides, she didn’t bother to try to re-polish them or anything she say OK done with Kind of a attitude. Do not go here and get your nails done. They just get the money and it’s whatever I can’t say. The man did a very good job on my feet. It was one of the best pedicures I had in years.

Pick another salon, one that values returning custmers & one that values it staff!

Embarrassing nails during the whole trip !

I went there for about 6 months, working with 3 staff, I am not satisfied. I blame the manager/owner, the culture is such that frequent customers are not treated any different from on-time ones. My dip kept breaking after ~ 4 days, I shared, but no change. Other services might be better! Staff are very friendly & and responsive, though. It feels like the staff don’t feel they are team members, so they don’t feel like they have a stake in the reputation of the place one way or the other. Just getting a real estate piece or some chairs is not enough for making a successful business!
