They were very nice and salon was clean and welcoming. Nails lasted 3 wks and could have lasted more if I wasn’t bumping it all the time

I had a 10:45 apt with my girlfriend. They got my girlfriend started and told me to wait. I told them I was busy and didn’t have time. They assured me it would only be a few minutes. After 15 minutes when the one woman was finishing she rudely told me I wasn’t allowed to sit down because she had a walk in, even though I had an apt and waited longer than they had asked. Strongly do not recommend anyone who can’t keep Apts and gives preference to walk ins when when one has an appointment. Poor customer service.

Nice staff but they do not know how to do dip. My nails are very uneven, not filed properly and just terrible quality. Don’t recommend this place.

I go to makiki nails every two weeks for my gel manicure and Melina always does a wonderful job. She is kind and takes great care of me. It’s a great price compared to other salons and I always receive good service from the nail techs.
