I want to provide honest feedback for this business. I have been here a few times, and the quality of work is always different each time. The first 2 times I came here, it was great, and I loved my nails, and they lasted 2-3 weeks with no chips or issues. I typically get a gel manicure with Chrome. The staff is extremely nice, which is wonderful, but the quality of work varies between the staff. I’m not sure if it’s due to lack of training, but there are inconsistencies in practices. This most recent time, the lady who did my Pedicure was amazing and really put a lot of care and effort and paid attention to detail. But the lady who did my gel manicure (she was also the same one who did them last time), she is very nice but attention to detail is very important. I am also sad to say that my nails chipped. The gel came off on one of them, and I just got them done 2 days ago. The previous time I came, there was an issue with the color chrome combination and this recent visit they gave me a discount due to that and I really did appreciate it.

Again, the entire staff is very nice, but the inconsistent quality of work is what really made me give the rating I gave. I truly hope my feedback gets taken positively and that some changes occur.

unfortunately I’m very disappointed :/ I’d really been looking forward to getting acrylics again – I’ve been stressed and wanted to treat myself. I didn’t expect this to be the outcome from a place with such stellar reviews.
Right off the bat sister and I arrived on time but had to wait 30 extra minutes to get started due to them being “understaffed and overbooked.” We scheduled our appointment 3 days in advance, plenty of notice to avoid this issue.
The nail techs were all very sweet but when we had finally finished waiting and getting the nails done, the shape of the nails came out crooked and different lengths, the design was messy and uneven, and my nails were flaking and rough. It was nothing like I had expected or asked for… I understand that days get busy and details will never be 100% perfect – they can’t just copy and paste the reference photo. But when I’m paying $80+, the service should reflect that. Clean, smooth and straight nails as well as a pleasant, relaxing experience without the manager rushing the techs by looking over their shoulders every 5 minutes. It’s not like getting a bad coffee and having to swallow $8, it’s a 1-2 hour appointment followed by a month or two of messy nails and $95 down the drain. When we returned to say we were dissatisfied with the service, we were told that they do not allow refunds which was not stated anywhere on the website.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for a few years now and always leave happy. They are able to do a variety of designs. Beautiful decor and relaxing chairs. Nails stay great for weeks. Great staff!

What a fantastic experience! Right from the get go the decor was a vibe and the staff was charming. Hollywood took a lot of time and care with my nails, giving perfect suggestions on colors and accessories. I’ll never go anywhere else!

I got a manicure here and it was amazing! They did my nails just like the picture I showed them and they took the time to do it right. They were very nice and Hollywood was a great artist.
