I got my nails done today by Tina. Upon arrival I was greeted and she seemed very nice. I sat down with a nude acrylic with a jet red under color which gave the appearance of red bottoms. However I had broken a nail and needed a repair. I explain how the previous tech accomplished that look. Instead of doing what was already done to the other 9 nails. She said that polishing the nail before putting the acrylic down was what made the nail break. Which not true I broke it because I got it caught in something. She processed to tell me that she would do the red after the acrylic was already done. So I asked wouldn’t that look different?! But she stuck with that answer so I let it go. Now it’s time for the acrylic! She started with a pink acrylic then stated that they didn’t have the same acrylic that was already on my nails. 😔 I said it was okay because what can you do at that point!! Then she went on to murder my once stiletto nails. 🫠 They are so thick and badly shaped. Also because of the fact that she didn’t do the under coloring I opted to get red nails to hide the fact my nails are not the same. I was very very disappointed.

Very unhappy with my service. I came in with a specific request and did not receive the service I asked for. I disliked when I mentioned that I didn’t care for the shape & the tech tried to blame it on nail beds. I’ve been getting the same shape for 14+ with no issue. I absolutely hate my nails today. Then to be accused by the nail tech Emily that I “ldon’t want to pay so there’s other ways to handle that” was very offensive!!!! It was not about the money at all! It was about the quality of work and service that I received that was TERRIBLE! I NEVER asked for a refund or a discount! I just wanted my service done correct and still do!!!! I’m VERY VERY VERY SAD AND UPSET ABOUT THIS ENTIRE EXPERIENCE! Specifically the customer service. The first four pics are what I usually get (STRAIGHT NAILS)! The next four pics is what I got (egg shaped, overfilled nail beds that are now sore).

Update 06/21/24, Julie is STILL the best. Our relationship gets better and better. The green nails are glow in the dark and the flowers…HOT!! It’s always relaxing and laughter while getting my nails done. She’s my nail Dr ( an inside joke for us.)

I have been going here for a couple years now. My experience overall has been good. There were a few hiccups with a tech but the manager corrected the situation and that’s when found my girl Julie. I think the prices are comparative to other salons. I would recommend this salon to others.

I’ve been coming here for years and always refer my friends and family here as well. Lynn is sooo sweet! She always take such good care of me! I just love her💗Please ask for her-you will not be disappointed:)
Also, make sure to try the jelly pedicure, it feels AH-MAZINGGG😭😭😭
