I’m so in love with this nail shop! This place is amazing! It’s a beautiful place with wonderful nail techs. I have been getting my manicure and pedicures with this nail spa for years. I love Quin and her sister Mae because they always make me feel at home and they treat me like a friend and not like I’m just a customer. Her husband Sam walked into the shop as I was getting my nails done today and he was so friendly with other customers and myself. I love that they call all their regular customers by our name. If you are looking for the total one stop nail salon, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MAGNOLIA NAILS!

I love coming to Magnolia nails! This is the most professional salon I’ve been to and hands down the most beautiful. Everyone is so attentive to detail here. My favorite is the lavender massage!

I received the laziest and most overpriced manicure ever. First of all, the tech was rude that I only wanted a gel manicure and not sns. She also seemed annoyed that I didn’t want to add length to my short nails that broke a week ago. There’s an upchage of $5 to cut and shape. She never made it clear if it was for both hands or per hand or per nail. The gel polish is beautiful so I’m happy with that. I believe my tech was the one in charge. She kept ditching me and yelling at the other employees not in a mean way but trying to decide what client was next (I can only assume because of the pointing directions I assumed she was yelling out). It was chaos. It was funny but chaotic, nonetheless. The place is beautiful and looks high-end, but that is about where the good ends. The other employees seem nice enough. She kept rushing to get to the next client. She wouldn’t tell me her name. She didn’t put any cuticle oil on me but did on my friend. She was nicer to my friend since she got 2 services, so there’s that. During our time there another client left bc of her rudeness & pushiness. She could benefit from basic customer service training.

I went here for the first time yesterday and had such a great experience! It was clean, smelled amazing, aesthetically pleasing, and the employees were so welcoming and friendly. I had the Lavender pedicure and it was truly the best pedicure I’ve ever had. Tanh was my nail tech and took his time and made the whole thing so relaxing. I absolutely will be back!!

Today, was my second visit to Magnolia nails. It is so upsetting to see how poorly they treat customers with disabilities and someone who just wanted a simple manicure and pedicure. I asked my technician today to please make sure that my nails are even and that she could fully polish all the way down to the cuticle line. It is really sad to see, the use of non-speaking English as a way of not to communicate with a customer. Nails are supposed to be happy days. The constant chitchat in the background, you know she was talking about me, she made me feel so very small that I only wanted was a simple manicure and pedicure and she even screamed $50.00. On numerous occasion, she told me to relax, I tried to explain to her that I have lupus and several issues that causes the shaking. It made me feel very uncomfortable as a disabled woman. The first time she polished, the polish was definitely diluted. It was very mucky and flat and I had to beg for her to change the polish. My toes were a mess. The constant language barrier that she placed upon me was so uncomfortable, I even asked her if she was talking Vietnamese. She was so anger that she was not doing a gel polish or another higher paying service. She didn’t even say goodbye when she was finishing me up, she just picked up and went to the next client. She had a young person come over and tell me I should stay there for a long time, because I only had real nail polish. I will never go back and that’s why I wanted to share my story today. The ones thing she didn’t understand, I can’t use chemicals. I never get my nails done unless I’m going somewhere special. I understand she is older, but it was totally disrespectful, the lack of communication and the lack of English And the reason for her not to do the services she should’ve done. All I wanted was to be treated like the other clients.
