To receive value for you $$, I highly recommend going to Nails Unlimited, MOI Nail Spa, Cha Nails & Spa, Tammy VIP Nails, Rose Nails & Spa or Royalty Nail Spa for great customer service and quality manicures and pedicures.
I absolutely do not recommend this salon..I was a walked in and got sat down with Tom..I am new to the area, I get my nails done monthly so I am used knowing how to ask for what I want..I asked for the picture below and this is what I got.. He also preceded to get upset because cause I told him I wanted to start fresh instead of doing a fill.(I asked for a fresh set at the beginning.) During the entire thing he kept drilling into my cuticles..then trying to put the polish on is a whole story..it was uneven from his hand shaking from wearing a brace..Then once you get ready to pay you pay through apps..seemed very sketchy..Also not to mention the false advertisement of new customers getting 20% off…So not being satisfied with my nails I then called later and the manager is very rude..Eric seemed like he just didn’t want to help whatsoever. Worst $60 I have ever spent.
From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was inviting, and the staff was welcoming. Both Kayla and Jen were not only skilled at their craft but also incredibly respectful and hospitable. They took the time to ensure we were comfortable and explained each step of the pedicure process, making my first pedicure experience a breeze.
The attention to detail and dedication to providing excellent service were evident throughout our visit. The cleanliness of the salon and the professionalism of the staff further added to the positive experience.
I highly recommend Magic Nails, especially for those seeking a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional service. A big thank you to Kayla and Jen for making my first pedicure experience memorable!
