Nail tech is always on the phone, so unprofessional. Every time I ask for what I want to be done the nail tech criticizes my choice and does what she wants as if I’m getting the work done for free. Please please please get off your phone when working on a client I don’t want to hear your conversation and it slows you down and it distracts you from what you should be doing…

This was the first time I came to this salon today and I absolutely loved my experience! I felt so good and relaxed here getting my nails done. I got a full acrylic gel nail set. I went with a cute French mani with some spring florals for the design. The lady I had, took her time with me, asked if I liked it throughout the process. She was friendly and kind. I love a nail tech who listens and takes pride in what they put out. I got my eyebrows shaped up also. They were looking super grown in and bushy before my wax. To finish it off I got a gel color on my toes for the pedicure. I picked a pretty pink. Everyone that works here are so awesome and friendly. I will for sure be coming back!!! Thank you so much for an awesome spa day on my day off.

I went to Magic Nails about 2 weeks ago to try a new place since my regular nail place is getting alittle pricey. I got dip power done on my nails. The dip already started lifting after the 1st week. I didn’t have a chance to go get my nails done right away. Today I went back to my regular nail salon and once they took off the dip power there was mold on my nail. My tech said it happens when water gets under the dip since it was not apply correctly. My tech put medication on it so it would not get worse. Never going back or recommending Magic Nails.

Its good but like every place could always use improvements i will not be rushed …..I will not hurry and pick a color ….. need to learn to shape better some of yall been doing nails for too long and I know nail tech at home who shape better with 2 months practice and cheaper pay overall the ppl here are nice !!! They do eyebrows and lashed btw too this place gives me Brooklyn ny vibes tbh so I like it very diverse so if someone don’t understand u can always ask someone else to explain i like these ppl but I don’t like being rushed to pick a color and I don’t like if I ask for coffin I want coffin nails no excuses I don’t want what’s trendy I want the nails I asked for im the one paying doesn’t matter what u like or what u think is better unless ur gonna pay for them please do what is asked for I tip way to good 15-20 dollar tip I better be happy when I leave.

I got my nails , eyebrows , and lashes done . My lashes were 100 dollars and they ended up falling off the next day, and around my eyebrows broke out . The nails were good tho. Still very disappointed about the lashes .
