Had an idea for what I wanted when I first went in but they did make the design anymore so I was stuck trying to choose I wasn’t really sure. So for about an hour not knowing what I wanted I went with my favorite color pink and then black with a twist and as for the older lady she did my nails I cannot remember her name I think she did an absolute fantastic job we’ll go back to see her again and again thanks magic nails you guys are wonderful… Don’t forget critics people are human they make mistakes and if you don’t like it don’t go to there place of business anymore go back to where you first got your nails done and maybe you’ll be happier… Can’t please everyone and I’m sure glad they please me…

I’m from out of town and needed to get a nail fixed. It does not matter where I got my nails done, a true professional should still be able to make the repair look just as good if not better. The old lady did my nail and it was horrible. So I politely gave her instructions on how she could adjust It to make it look like the rest of them. I specifically said that the nail did not have to be the same color because of course I got them done somewhere else so I was not expecting for the color to be identical. The nail tech next to her tried to make a big deal out of the color I selected. Every time I suggested anything regarding my nails, they mumbled something under their breath in their language. The sign on the wall said POLISH CHANGE $13, yet she said it was $15. Their best bet was to charge me that extra $2 because they were not getting a tip from me. I only gave 2 stars because the old lady did the best she could. She should just stick to feet, respectfully.
