this was the best experience with getting my nails done that i’ve ever had! it was a bit pricey, but definitely not worse than other salons and especially worth it for the experience. kelly did my nails and went above and beyond to give me everything i asked for while being courteous and kind. i can’t wait to come back and get my nails done again!

This is by far the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. At the door they told me a price of 55 dollars after viewing my inspiration photo. By the end, she told me 90 dollars. She was rude and unprofessional. I ended up with the ugliest nails ever and had to pay 95 dollars for something that looked nothing like the inspiration picture.

I made a 2pm apt and showed up right at that time excited to have new color and nails for my anniversary dinner. My babysitter as coming at 4pm.

At 2:15, they put me at the manicure counter. At 2:40pm someone removed my dip and foiled my nails. At almost 3pm they removed my foils and I told them I needed to go but convinced me they’d be ready in a few mins. I saw other women getting their nails attended who came after me which was super frustrating. Finally at 3:20 someone was ready and I said I needed to go. They cleaned up my nails and told me to wait another 10 mins to dry but at that point I needed to go to at least have time to get myself ready by 4pm. They had the nerve to still charge me $10 and then they handed me a $5 off coupon??

Get it together!!! You don’t have respect for people’s time.
