This is my #1 go to salon! I go here for pedicures about once a month due to ingrowns and Ms. Thu is amazing at her job!! She’s very sweet and very engaging with all customers. I also recently got my first acrylics, we were supposed to get gel nails but I’m very happy with what I got! Thank you very much, and I’ll always go here first.

The staff there was amazingggggg and welcoming. Mai, Thu, and Tommy were all great. Our service was 3 pedicures (we called prior) they had us laughing the whole time. Would definitely recommend the Premium pedicure it included; Wax, hot rocks, sugar scrub, etc. definitely a bang for your buck. My friend had recommended the place, and we will definitely be back!

The place was very clean and well kept. The ladies were professional and prompt. I think the pricing for nails in general in N.O. is outrageous.$80 for a full set and regular pedicure!?
The only reason I’m giving them 4 stars is because the polish began chipping only after 2 days as if I had rubbed a Brillo pad against them.
Other than that, they looked great when initially done and I had a great conversation with Brooklyn. 🙂

I loved Thu! I had a hot stone pedi and it was wonderful. I paid a little extra for a foot massage and it was everything I needed and more. My feet felt revived! Thu also waxed my brows and did an excellent job. The price was what I’m used to paying and it was reasonable to me. After discovering a calculation error Thu immediately called me and refunded the difference. That’s integrity. I’ve found my New Orleans nail salon!!

Tommy did my nails and they look fine however someone else did the “manicure portion” and I don’t have anything nice to say. First, it’s 25 additional dollars for the manicure portion, they just trim your cuticles and give you a massage though she only massaged my hands for about 15 seconds each, not even long enough to fully rub in the lotion. My real complaint is that I came in with a small cut next to the nail on one of my fingers, I didn’t think I would have to tell her to avoid the cut but I was wrong. When she was trimming my cuticles she also took the scissors to the scab, it bled badly for several minutes, and now a day later my finger is swollen and inflamed, the cut is significantly larger and painful. I paid an extra $25 for gloopy lotion and a gash on my finger. If you’re looking for relaxing or well done nails look elsewhere.
