Customer Reviews:
I had been quite pleased visiting the ladies at Mademoiselle Nails and would probably still be going there, if not for the last visit when the guy (Dung) decided to take over my nails. I had called that day (3/23/24) asking if they had any availability, I was given an appointment for 4:30 pm. I was the last person in the salon, I could feel the tension about still having to work on my nails, but that wasn’t the issue. Not only was the color not right for the base, and the art was off, but it was the nail infection that I got on two nails that I have never had before that made me write this. The first nail’s reaction was something I caught onto early, and returned to the salon within a few days. At first the tech tried to tell me that I had a pressure/blood blister under my nail, but I just kept reassuring her that I wanted that nail off. It was obvious when she was able to file away the discoloration that it was not a blood blister, far more likely bacteria. On my thumb, I didn’t see the discoloration because the acrylic was thicker, until it was too late. I would NOT go there in the evening, and avoid that guy.
I’ve been to Mademoiselle Nails twice now for a fill and pedicure and I am so happy to have found them. Being neurodivergent, I am one of the rare people who hates getting a pedicure. The filing and buffing tickles my feet and drives me crazy, but after a short explanation at Mademoiselle, I’ve gotten the best, most relaxing pedicures I’ve ever had. My fingernails are impeccable, gorgeous, beautiful…I am very impressed, very happy, recommend highly.
edit: years later and i’m still a loyal customer. 🙂 i get dip nails with Thu and she’s amazing at shaping the nail and nail art! highly recommend!!
