if i could rate this place below zero stars i would
I had an appointment for myself and two other people. One acrylic full set and two deluxe pedicures. I was recommended this place by my boyfriend since I’m not from McMinnville and I didn’t know any good nail salons in the area, however the last time he had gotten a pedicure here was before Covid. My nails I believe were done by the owner which the entire time she was running around which I don’t mind because I was trying to trust the process. However my nails were terrible. The acrylic was overflowing on my thumb and my ring finger, and whatever primer they put on my nails literally burned my nail beds. The nail color I picked and they brought to be I guess was completely thrown out the window and they picked a different shade for me. I asked for a blue French tip thinking that they would paint it on. They painted half of my nail and then took a brush dipped in acetone to carve out the French tip. No biggie I thought it could’ve worked, but because of this the nails looked smeared and not well. When it comes to one of the pedicures, after only 4 hours the polish was rubbing off. They had people helping for the weekend and when asked how long they have been doing pedicures she had said “6 months, I don’t usually work here I’m just helping for Mother’s Day weekend”. She was completely shaking when doing the pedicure and didn’t budge to file the nails at all so they are cut like literal knives. They focus more on a leg massage than an actual prep of clipping and filing and application of nail polish. No top coat was used. Not to mention that the other pedicure the lady pushed back my moms cuticle so much to where she bled. ALSO the fact that the pedicure tubs were literally overflowing and they didn’t do anything about it. It is so dirty in there. AND my mom asked for wax in her pedicure and didn’t get it at all. They charged me for a file that I didn’t even get to take with me. It seems as if they don’t care about the service and just want money because the entire time I was getting my acrylic set they were offering me a pedicure and when I said I didn’t want to they were trying to ask if the other people with me would like a manicure. Save your money and don’t come here, $124 down the drain. I will never come here again. I literally went home and filed off all of the polish and am doing my own at this point.

The best service ! This was our first time here. I usually have to go home and file my nails because the length and/or shape aren’t right, but Tao got it perfectly right!! My daughter got her first set of acrylic nails, and the guy (I didn’t get his name) was great! He listened to what she wanted and she is so happy with them!! The place was clean and professional looking. They have an online booking service which I really appreciate. We will definitely go back!

I have changed my review from a 1 to a 5
I said I’d never come back. But after working with the owner, and a discount on my return to give it another try I agreed. And I am so pleased to say. Both my girls were amazing and the paint job is GLORIOUS.

Rose and her crew are always super nice! And take care of my wife and I and on occasion our son. My wife and I get our pedicures and eyebrows done always so relaxing. With a mimosa. 🍹My wife just got her nails done this last time and they are just perfect! I got my pedicure and both our eyebrows done. Always do an amazing job! Thank you everyone! Definitely recommend this place a 1000 times! 🤘🏼

The gentleman I had do my fill did an excellent job. If I am ever back in the area I will definitely come get them done again. Would definitely recommend.
