I got my nails done here yesterday and I walked in. This place is beautiful and clean. I showed my nail tech Jenny what I wanted and she slayed. I usually get my nails done at briarwood mall, and I will NEVER go back. M Vince is the BEST nail salon in Ann Arbor, and I’ve been to a lot and it’s always poorly done and rushed. M Vince is worth every penny I spent. The experience + the expertise. They listen to you and they value quality. I can’t wait to be back!!

The customer service was good, but the quality is awful. I got my nails done on Friday and it’s now Tuesday and half of my nail polish has chipped off. I spent $182 for terrible quality. It is expensive for absolutely no reason. Save your money and go somewhere else for cheaper!

I will never return to this salon again. My friend was burned with the lotion that was warmed because it was so hot. In addition, I felt very rushed when getting my manicure. I was getting ready to leave after being directed to only stay under the dryer for 10 minutes. Three nails got smashed. So, I asked to have them redone. Afterward, I was rushed to leave again. I felt uncomfortable, so I left and ended up ruining a nail again in the car. For what they are charging people to pay, the rushing & burning is unacceptable. I will not be recommending or returning.
