I got my nails filled and less than 24 hours 2 of my nails had already broke. I called after the 2nd nail broke so I could come in and get it fixed. When I went in the owner greeted me and asked right off if I got it done there and I said yes. I asked him to fix the one that completely broke off and just file the other down a little. He seemed annoyed he had to do it and then he just used their tool to file the 2 nails down and repainted them. They are way shorter than all the other nails, he didn’t re shape them so they are different shapes than all the other nails. And like I said this was the owner so I would be worried to see how others are if they have to repair a nail that was broke. The first photo is of what they should have looked like. The other is after he “fixed” them.

This was a big decline in service from my last 2. As someone else commented, the polish was still not dry after 2+ hours. There was no friendly interaction at all. The tech seemed to be rushing the whole time. She was rough while trimming the cuticles. She leaned on one of my feet while “massaging “ the other and it wasn’t comfortable. I was rushed out of the chair the second she was done although there was nobody else waiting. After waiting 20 minutes for the nails to dry, I finally gave up and left. I finally took the polish off at home after 21/2 hours of waiting for it to dry. I will not go back.

Love my nails! Took a pix of what I wanted and they did it. Will definitely be back. Be sure to book an appointment though. They are very busy because they do a good job and walk-ins are hard to accommodate. They will take you in if they can, but be prepared to wait or come back at a later time when they have an opening. Worth the wait if you can!

I got my nails today and the guy in number three was doing my nails way to rough he made my fingers bleed and I was visually in pain and he knew that but didn’t go any softer and also the lady who works in the front was so unprofessional was sitting in the lounge letting the phone ring. Also paid 70 dollars for nails that where supposedly be coffin like I asked but he did square. So upsetting definitely not going back

I’m giving 2 stars because of the whole process of getting my nails done was painful. It was kind of hard to tell him due to the language barrier and I always have an issue expressing my problems without having high anxiety.
I will say my nails look good, I just wish it was relaxing. He was very rough while filing, getting skin, and it felt like my nail was about to rip off. I would pull away, but he continued. My nails were throbbed for 2 days.
I would not recommend or go back
