I was on vacation when one of my nails broke. I was due for a fill anyway. I came to this salon where I was provided good service. I am not giving it a full 5 stars though because of the tech I had. I misunderstood what she said and then got lectured like I was a child because I misunderstood and she had to start over on one hand. I didn’t appreciate being spoken to like that. Yes I did something wrong but that happens often I’m sure. I understand the techs frustration but they have to remember who the customer is. Not only that but she wouldn’t stop chastising me. I do recommend this salon.

I love love love the staff here!! It’s a family ran business and I cannot say enough good things about each of the employees that make this place great! Always super clean, they take their time, and the quality of work is unlike anywhere else I’ve ever been. Julie has been doing my nails every 2-3 weeks for a year now and I will 10000% follow her wherever she chooses to go in life. Rose, Angel, and Leann are also super sweet & friendly. I’ve never felt like anyone has been negative and that’s super hard to find at most businesses these days.

You know when you go to a nail salon and they speak another language and you always wonder if they are talking about, well this salon does. It was my first time there. When I got there I saw Julie she used to work at the salon I was going to. She spoke in her native tongue to the owner who I found out was her mother and she promptly went outside to call my other nail salon to tell them I was there getting my nails done WOW!. She also went on to make up a story that I was saying all kinds of stuff about them. I was very clear with the lady’s who work there at M Nails I was not going to say anything bad about my other salon. Well my other salon called and told me what happened. I called MNails the next day to speak to Julie , she was not there so I spoke to her sister Angel. She was surprised that JULIE did that and apologized, and confirmed I only talked about my nails. I have no problem about going to another salon to check things out and my other salon was fine with it. But it’s all the lies that were told. I have no words that could explain the childish and unprofessional behavior from a business.
Rating the salons work, I got a fill done by Rose, I give it a 7 out of 10 and the pedicure done my Rose (owner) and Angel (sister)

Rose the owner is the best. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 20 years now and I’ve newer had my nails taken care of so well. Perfection!! The atmosphere is inviting and clean. This was my first visit and I felt so welcome. I’ll definitely be going back.
