I have been to M nails three times in the last 7 months. The staff is incredibly kind and does an amazing job. I am quite prone to hang nails after manicures but have never had one after a manicure at M nails! Highly recommend!!

I’m definitely not happy with the results of the service I received but I will say that the Nail Techs were friendly, and ready to start at my scheduled time.

I booked an appointment to have the Dip Powder/No Acrylic, with Almond shape. This service offers the most natural looking nails.

FYI: I have attached photos for the viewers reference.

I’m unsure whether I didn’t get an experienced tech, if the tech had experience doing Dip Powder, or both. Regardless, my nails look fat, with 3-4 different shapes. In addition, my nails weren’t cleaned underneath or anything.

However, because I’m a fair person and I hate to leave just negative reviews, I will say that there were two customers there and they were getting a full set with acrylics; and they looked beautifully done.

I do question their cleanliness….you know when they take a brush to dust off your hands, well my tech used a brush that had some hot pink colored powder still on it, and he dusted my left hand. The powder is in my nails and he didn’t even try to fix the nails that had previous powder on them, so now I have two nails that look like a darker pink color. I had to stop him from doing it to the rest of my nails and clean the brush first.

Lastly, I had a male tech and a female tech that was working with the two customers I mentioned earlier came over to file my nails, she failed to change her gloves, when she just filed and dusted the other customer. Being clean comes before anything, and this is why I didn’t even bother to have them redo my nails to my liking. This is a loss I’ll just have to take and go where I was referred to in the first place.

This salon is fantastic. They do a wonderful job with acrylic nails; my first set here lasted 6 weeks! Call ahead to schedule for best chance at minimal wait. Everyone is friendly and they have tons of options to choose from for colors and add-ons.

I thought they did a great job! I’m not experienced with manicures, and the technician was very patient, explaining the differences between different services and how to ask for the shape and look I wanted. I got a dip with tips added. I wanted natural looking, almond shaped nails, but not acrylics, and she totally delivered. It was efficient, clean, and reasonably priced.

I had such a horrible experience with one specific tech who refused to fix my nails. I got my nails done here and it started breaking two days after. When I came back to get it fixed, they gave me a nasty attitude. The tech wouldn’t give me her name when I asked.
