Lynn’s Nails and Spa in Omaha, NE

I drive 3 hours for Josie to do my nails (and will continue to do so). The salon has a great setup with a large variety of choices for services, products and colors. Always welcomed upon arrival. More than enough chairs and techs that eliminate wasted time. My nails and toes always turn out amazing. The prices are more than reasonable. The quality of the products last. No chipping. No breaking. Just quality and customer service here. 5 stars ALL THE WAY!

I am absolutely impressed with the service my mother and I had at Lynn’s today. I was in here 4 days ago to get my nails done and just had to bring mom by since they did such an amazing job! Im unsure about the negative reviews! I haven’t had a better experience at a nail parlor. They work so hard and their prices are fair!!!!❤️❤️❤️

I always have gone here, and thought they did GREAT work. But last time I came they did a horrible job on my nails, then I went last weekend, and I felt the lady rushed. Especially when someone else came in get another set done she sat her next to me and then I noticed she was really trying hurry. I still had stuff under my nails. And you can tell there’s streaks in my nails. Unfortunately I will not be going there anymore.

Do not go here! Walked in with an appt and they were super busy, so we said we would go somewhere else since we saw they obviously wouldn’t have time for us. The guy insisted that they were okay to take us on. So we stayed. I got an acrylic set done, my friend got dipped nails. The lady taking care of me wasn’t the lady I had made my appt with that was a whole thing right off the bat. Then the head nail tech of the building said she was going to take care of me, so I expected a great experience and nails. I was very wrong. She was very forceful with my hands and fingers. I’m not a wimp, and she didn’t hurt me but was very forceful. She didn’t ask me what length I wanted. She cut my nails to the length she wanted. She told me going short was ugly. I have a 6 month old son as much as I would love to have long nails it’s not practical for my life. I asked her to touch up my cuticles since mine seem to get really bad inbetween sets. She didn’t touch my cuticles other then pushing them back to make them look like they were done. I tried to correct her and ask her to take off the access and crummy stuff, she acted like she didn’t hear me. Also the biggest part of this is what she was working on 3 girls all at the same time. She would go from me then work on another for 10 minutes then go to the next then come back. It was the worst nail experience of my life and the next day a nail came off. The next day! A brand new set; one of the nails popped right off. It’s been a week and they all are starting to lift! My friends nails were bumpy not smooth, they told her her original design was ugly, and they weren’t going to do it. I’m appalled at the service we got. Do not go here!!
Picture at the bottom is when she left for 20 minutes and never came back then the guy next to her came and told Me I was done, that’s what they looked like, I was still in the chair The design was spot on but the nails and cuticles it’s self was horrible.
