Today I decided to try a new nail salon (I’ve been going to the same one for 2.5 years and it’s 30 min away from home). So i checked this place online and liked the reviews. I loved the final results, however the girl who attended me was a little rude and I’m not used to that. I would give 5 starts easily, but customer service is very important and I hope she could treat her new clients better.

I had one of the best gel manicures of my life at Ly Ly! The team here is so nice and the prices are very fair. I’m not even local but stopped in during a month long visit to Seattle. Will definitely be back!!

Really great place! Walked in for a full set (dip) and got sat. The lovely lady doing my nails took her time and made sure everything looked great. Didn’t feel rushed and appreciated that. Will definitely be back!

Had a great experience here. Got a pedi and a gel mani and they both turned out great.

Update: 2 weeks later and the nails are still going strong. Zero chipping or peeling, very happy with the quality.
