We made an appt this afternoon and were treated like a walk in. We had to ask 2 times how much longer we would need to wait. We chose a deluxe pedicure. The actual pedicure was fine but the gel paint job was terrible. I chose white and there were streaks. I asked her to fix them and she only fixed one toe. Every nail shape is different. I will not be returning.i don’t have gross feet and the way they cut my nails makes my feet look disgusting. Don’t waste your time or money.

I showed my nail tech the picture with her black French tips and she did the white. Didn’t follow picture whatsoever and hit my skin with the drill multiple times. Do not recommend.

Just moved to Chaska and was looking for a good nail place. I paid for the Deluxe Pedicure. I’m writing a lower level review unfortunately because of the lazy process.

When I go in, I want my cuticles pushed back and that trimmed off. I want my callus removed. I want my nails clipped and filed. I can paint my nails at home. I come to a salon to get everything cleaned up. That whole process was skipped. Yes, she didn’t even file my nails. I did get a very good foot massage. The painting..I’d say a child-level where she missed sides and you can see the paint layers (if that makes sense).

Within a week it looked bad because again, the whole main process that I paid for was missed. It was mediocre service.

I miss the days where you go to a nail salon and they actually care about the services they provide instead of shoving as many people as fast as possible through the door.

Clean facility, but quality isn’t worth the cost. I had a trainee who took a LONG time to complete the nail services. My nails look like a child painted them, bubbles, messy edges, and not to the bed of the nails. Less than 1 week later and my shellac polish is shipping. Not impressed.

I got a fabulous pedicure with Henry! The attention to detail was impressive. He was very gentle and did a great job. Friendly and clean salon.
