I went in with a friend and chose the Happy Pedicure which included wax and hot stone massage. Tracy and Heidi did an awesome job! we felt comfortable and very relaxed. Tracy is very personable and the rest of the staff is very polite and welcoming. This is definitely my new nail place! I highly recommend this place!

I took my 3 daughters over the weekend for a bonding activity. They really enjoyed themselves. The staff was very courteous and thoughtful. My youngest daughter is shy and was reluctant to speak up. She was not sure how to tell the staff that she was not satisfied. Upon returning, they were very understanding and made my shy girl smile. Overall all my girls had a great time and were very pleased. Thanks for the wonderful day 💗.

I asked for a predicure Deluxe with regular nail polish and the lady didn’t even cut my nails and I was charged $45. I came back the next morning to have it fixed but I was given attitude and while the nails were getting cut I turned the massage chair on and the lady turned it off and said no massage. I have been a regular client for years and the service was always good until my last two visits and now I will never come again.

I give Randy a 10 for today he has always done my nails, does a wonderful job..great worker very artistic friendly.😍 I enjoy coming here awesome atmosphere all around.

I came in for a pedicure showed up at 7 waited one hour while waiting in a chair with extremely cold water, even though I voiced if I could get the water warmer. Once I got my nail technician to work on my toes she was rude and sarcastic. She was upset when we couldn’t agree what the color Navy looked like.
While finishing up my pedicure another girl waiting next to be serviced was extremely upset, due to the nail technician stating she was only allowed to get a basic pedicure due to the shop closing after she arrived at 7:10. She was so discouraged and stated she wished they would have voiced that in the beginning prior to sitting her down in the pedicure chair for an hour. Poor experience and customer service. If you’re looking for fast and amazing quality and a friendly staff go to Expo nails.
