I never get my nails done but wanted pretty nails for engagement pictures. I saw that LV Nail Bar had good reviews and took a chance and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My nails are even more perfect than I had expected and John did an amazing job and asked every step of the way if I was happy with how they were looking. I usually hate getting acrylics because nail techs are usually too intense with the drill but I barely felt it when John did it and he was so gentle I don’t have any soreness or pain like I usually do. I also got a pedicure (no pictures attached, toe pictures are awkward) from his wife Annie and I was super happy with that service as well. I live about 45 minutes away but will happily make the drive whenever I need a nail service and I can’t wait to get my wedding nails done here as well!

John is my nail tech, I met him through word of mouth. I’ve searched up and down since I lost my tech when she moved to Canada. He is absolutely amazing! He works so hard to make sure your nails are perfect. He accepts challenges, such as bringing pictures for him to replicate without an attitude. I think he enjoys a challenge! The man is amazing to say the least!! I’m so thankful for him. Always working with my schedule, always taking his time, he’s just perfect! Thank you, sooo much John! Also, I ALWAYS get compliments on his work. 💕

My nails look like someone throw up on them. Nail technician came late in the middle of doing my nails she went and took a call. She came back talking loudly with her colleagues and laughing. My experience was not good. Would not recommend this place.

I am truly sad to say I do not recommend. There was a an opportunity to work with me to resolve the issue. I vehemently support small and local businesses.

I stopped by on an errand on the way back to work to show them my hands from the day before. I asked if they could come up with a solution and when they could not I asked for a credit. I can’t come in for several days or Sunday(tomorrow) ,because it is a family day.

My hands are sore from the manicure and I need a break from working on my nails. “No credit. No wait. Right then only or next day or Monday.”

It hasn’t been 24 hours. My nail beds are sore and red. The gel is lifting up on almost every finger. There are bubbles in the tips. There is a divot on my nail on my forefinger. My thumb nail is raised on the end.

It was already disappointing. Now, I’m out of that money is spent and with no decent French nail manicure. All of the communication was in front of several customers. Very distressing. I went in with a smile and humility and very sore fingers and walked out with no resolution.

There seem to be a lack of cooperation and understanding, and after working very hard with much respect and kindness to see what we could do to solve the problem.
