I went at 4:30pm and didn’t leave until 11pm because she was walking around doing other things. My head is sore from all the hard pulling. The lady was talking about me in spanish to another customer showing her my hair and pulling it hard as well. Kept saying rude comments. Definitely will not be back. Too expensive $258 for hair dye and blow out. I paid with cash and I paid with with a card and she triple charged my card. Im guessing you have to be a regular customer to be treated with respect.

I walked in without an appointment. She started my hair after her first customer and I only had to wait maybe 20 minutes. She is very friendly, clean, and my blowout is still holding 9 days later.
