Had a decent experience for a walk-in. The technician did the design I wanted for my nails as requested. However, I am pretty sure they used old nail polish. After 3 days, it started peeling up. I thought I was just rough with that one finger. After a week, I figured out it is only happening where the base coat was pink. So half of my gel nail polish is peeling off at not even a week old.

Called and made an appt 2 weeks ahead for mother days to have 4 people serviced they lady wrote down my name and number and said okay see you then, only for me to show up on the day to a blacked out nail salon and they were closed . So I had to figure out last min a place for 4 people. Thank god for T&Y NAILS on 25th street they got us in no problem and honestly were better then LUXY. So if you want to go to a professional place who doesn’t make false appt or have your nails lifting after a week then try it out.

I come here every two weeks to get my nails done with my mom. I was previously seeing Haley. I chose to switch Kayn and I am so I glad I did. At first I was happy with Haley’s work but then it started to feel like she didn’t really care how they would come out. I feel like she would rush on my nails sometimes. If I would tell her for example that all my corners were lifting she would just throw glue on all them instead of trying to reinforce it better. She used to sit back in the corner with another tech but when coming in for an appointment recently, we noticed that she had moved closer to the door. No big deal until it became a big deal. She started to have more of an attitude & became “crabby” once this happened. She definitely did not seem as friendly as she used to be. I dealt with it for 2 weeks and then I requested to see another tech. Tiff was so helpful in setting me up with another tech who I feel takes great pride in his work as opposed to what I was with. My mom sees tiff when we go in and I honestly wish that I could clone her and have her for myself as well. She is a wonderful worker and very personable. Always friendly and willing to talk to you. So happy I made the switch to Kayn. He does fabulous work & I feel he is just as good as tiff is!! You definitely don’t want to loose those two workers!! Their attitude speaks volume as opposed to what I was dealing with.

I have never experienced the most awful time getting my nails and feet with eyebrows done in my life. The kid really did his best however my toe nails was uneven and because I have discoloration in natural toe nail I was able to see the discolored toe even after he painted them lime green 4 times..the toenails was rough to the touch. I then proceeded to get my nails done and the color yellow was my base which didn’t look solid enough before the guy started to put my green french tips on them so I made him take off the color and had to settle for clear just to have waited 20 minutes and Lexi tells me she can’t do my eyebrows at the end they ended up charging me 79$ for refill acrylic with clear regular polish and unevenly cut toenails with out my eyebrows even getting done. I don’t recommend this place to no one…They lost a potential reoccurring customer for 49$. They are too hard up for money…they won’t have to worry about me coming back. Good riddance 😡 I Hope that 49$ charge for jacked up toenails and fingernail job was worth it.. losers

Love this place. Hailey always tries to accommodate my crazy requests. Tiffany is also top notch. Would not go any where else.
