The staff is always very welcoming and polite! I had Sam do my acrylic French tips. I asked if Sam would make sure none of the edges on my nails are sharp so I don’t accidentally scratch my 7 month old son. Sam did absolutely perfect! Payed so much attention to every little detail and I’m obsessed with how my nails turned out. I will definitely be back next time requesting Sam again. I highly recommend this place if you want your nails to look great. I’ve had other people do my nails here and never left unsatisfied.

As usual, The service was amazing and quality even better!! My sister in law and I loved our visit and look forward to the next! 💜 I talked with my tech (Mai – I believe😬😅)the whole time and she was so sweet and friendly! I also have an injury on each hand and she was very gentle and considerate. Please give Luxx a try! They do great designs, as well. (Kimly and Phong – my sister in laws techs)

WORST NAIL SALON IN TYLER.
I DONT RECOMMEND the man shaped my nails a way didn’t ask then I asked could he fix them , he told me he couldn’t the lady who works at front proceeded with French tip cause I tried to trust the process. I sat in her face and called another salon to get my nail done and I made it clear about 5 times that I didn’t like my nails she started to try to be funny asking did I want free nails and I simply said I never said anything about free nails I asked if you could take some off. And I’ve been going to this salon since I was a freshman in highschool I’m now a sophomore in college. I will never spend my money here again. They don’t care about clients. And the lady in front needs better attitude.and in the picture you can see my NAILS WERE SO THICK THEY WOULDNT BREAK ONLY BEND.

Absolutely amazing experience! I come here all the time but this time was extra perfect and I had to make a post about it! I got a short, almond shaped acrylic, with a matte finish and clear tip. I think if I would have chosen a darker color you could see the tip a bit better but I’m in love with the end result! 10/10 absolutely recommend!

This was my first experience and it was not a good one. I went in early Saturday morning for a shellac pedicure/manicure. Pedicure was fine. However, the shellac on my hands is a different story. I had shellac on my hands which had to be removed. Never have I had a nail salon not use acetone in a bowl or wrapped in foil to remove most of the shellac. It seemed very odd to me that the gentleman who took care of me did none of the above. He went straight to use the nail drill. I’m assuming he did this to speed up the process as there were several people coming in but in the end it thinned out my nails and only lasted 4 days. I came here because my sister referred me to them and she’s never had a bad experience but I am not coming here again. The pictures attached are an example of how bendy my nails are and they started peeling so I had to remove some of the shellac as it kept getting caught, thanks to them. Disappointed, not worth the amount of money I paid.
