And both times it’s been a super disappointing experience!
See photos on how my manicure and nail polish looked like only after three hours.
I went back and asked for a refund.
The answer I got was that if it’s just a polish, the outcome would most likely be what I got…
In other words they are super sloppy and not really client friendly.
I asked for my money back cause I did not have time to sit again for a redo, especially if the results would be the same – as per their words…
They said they do not give refunds.
So I left.
I just want you to be mindful of the fact that if it’s a polish you are getting – not a gel or dip – most likely your results will be the same as mine.
I do a whole lot better job myself with just the polish only. Why would I want to spend $25 on a manicure and nail polish. And why would you?!
Buyers be aware!!!
I tried this place three times and this time will be my last.
They make up prices as they go and are not clear with any level of communication…….
Mediocre work, your nails will fall off in 2/3 days and horrible front desk attendants. I wish I actually knew her name, but she’s the heavyset one don’t believe anything she says.
Better off anywhere else outside of this location.
Learn from my mistake don’t waste your time.
I’m going to include two pictures the pink is what I asked for the second one is what I got because he was incompetent.
This was a waste of time and money…. UGH
