This is my favorite nail salon in the Burlington area. Yes, the wait is sometimes long but it’s worth it. Every manicure and pedicure I get here is great and very reasonably priced. Great selection of gel and dip powder colors. All of the techs are very friendly

Came here the first time on a Saturday and waited over an hour to get my nails done. I would understand if I was a walk in but I had made an appointment. My nails didn’t last even a week. Came here for a second time because it was convenient and maybe the first time I just caught them on a bad day.i made an appointment for a Friday at 2:30 and didn’t get sat for 30 mins, ended up not being able to get my nails done because i had work at 4. They need to manage their time better and shouldn’t be making appointments they can’t accommodate for. If they can’t take an appointment tell the client don’t make them waste their day for mediocre nails that don’t end up getting done.

Pandora Box
I get gel nails and when I came here I noticed the person doing my nails I think it was the owner she used the smallest amount of product to save money or something because my nails where so thin they broke in 5 days. Also owner is rude won’t communicate and will yank your hand to move it. I asked why they where so thin because I knew they where gonna break and she said because I got short nails. Then proceeded to talk to her coworkers about it in their language so I won’t be coming back to this place it was not a great experience. Don’t waste your money and go somewhere else.

My daughter and I frequent this wonderful nail spa. They are so sweet with her (even when she changes her mind halfway through) and always do a great job. They take amazing care of their customers. Just witnessed the owner run out to get an older customer a battery for her car remote! Talk about going above and beyond!

made an appointment for a mani/pedi and when I arrived I waited over 30 minutes to get my pedicure started and then another 45 for a manicure before leaving without the manicure. I’m not opposed to waiting a little while but them taking walkins when there are appointments waiting and then being there for almost 2 hours but spending less than 30 minutes being helped is ridiculous
