I went here on the 2nd for my birthday and got acrylic nails put on. As soon as you walk in the door, someone acknowledges you and asks what you want done, and they let you know how long of a wait it will be if there is one. The place was very clean and didn’t smell super strongly of chemicals like some nail places do! Everyone was super nice and smiled at customers and the young man who did my nails did an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING job on them!! He was super nice and gentle and would stop when he could tell something didn’t feel good. I wish I would have gotten his name so I could give him a shoutout for this review! I have really short nails due to being a nail biter but I never felt judged or like it was too much of a hassle! My nails came out beautifully and I will 100% be coming back!! 💕💅🏼

I went to get my nails done here a few days ago, and I don’t really understand the bad reviews. I was treated very well. They had a cute little boy asking what the customers needed. My nails (ombrè) turned out FANTASTIC. The only reason I’m leaving out one star is because the lady doing my nails filed my skin twice, so two of my fingers got cut, but I understand that mistakes happen, and in the end, she did a great job!

I went in for the dip polish and the guy pryed old polish off on 3 nails saying to soak took too long. This was all the while with me telling him it hurt finally stopped when I said I could feel it splitting nail. Needless to say he broke all 3 nails. Then instead of the dip he put acrylic on my nails which was NOT what I wanted. This is not a good place to have your nails done and needs to be shut down and the public should not have to endure what I experienced!!!!!!!!!

Went in to speak with manager and was told next time she will take care of me. And that they all put dip polish on as acrylic, she doesn’t know why the guy doesn’t soak nails. She seemed to not care that he damaged my nails with the prying of polish off as long as they looked good. Save your time and money do Not go here!!

I decided to shine my nails instead of nail color. This was the most basic manicure I’ve ever gotten. Good, but nothing special. $25. She informed me that it was an additional $5 for shine after the charge was processed. When I asked her why, she said that is how much it is. I told her I am fine paying for it, but that they should inform customers about extra charges beforehand. The manager came and asked what was wrong, I said I did not know about the additional charge. She said “Really? That’s how much it always is” This was my first time. Come on.
