The ladies were friendly but the quality of nails are so poor. I did gel nails with specials $40 and my two of my nails chipped after 4 days which never had the issue when my nails were done with other nail shops. I cut the edge just to look better and it’s been exactly a week and a day two of my nails are chipped again.

I got gel nail so it could stay longer but it lasts less than regular mani.

If you are planning to get a gel nail, it’d be better you point out the thickness so it wouldn’t come out or chipped so quick.

Brought my step daughter and niece to celebrate my nieces bday and they were treated like princesses as soon as we entered the salon. All the staff were super nice and the salon itself was very clean and had such a great ambiance. The owners were very personable and friendly. The girls loved their first experience! Especially the birthday girl who got a complimentary flower design. I Highly recommend this salon! I will be returning for sure.

I’m very surprised and disappointed by both the service I received from Holly for my French pedicure and Tiffany for my gel x French manicure.
The French pedicure was extremely thin and uneven and when I repeatedly asked Holly for it to be thicker, nothing changed. The manicure was even more disappointing, Tiffany had said that she could only do it this thick so my real nail wouldn’t show underneath which wasn’t true. Most of the nail glue shows and the French tip looks so gaudy.
I had to go to a second salon to get my nails fixed as this was for my sisters wedding. I was so upset and sad afterwards and had to spend so much time fixing this.

I used to rave about this place but the quality and service is so unpredictable. I travel far to come here and won’t be returning any longer.

I get my nails done pretty often here. The staff is very friendly and the place is always clean. They have happy hour for nails in the morning which is very nice. They do a pretty good job.

Today I visited Luxury Nails Spa and had an amazing experience. The owner, who is a true artist, showed a genuine passion for her work. Her professionalism and attention to detail were exceptional as she patiently fixed my nails, which had been previously mishandled at another salon.

What made my visit even more enjoyable was the outstanding customer service provided by Joseph, the manager. His warm and lively personality made every customer feel welcome and appreciated. The entire staff was friendly, polite, and professional, making the atmosphere relaxed and enjoyable.
