Made a last minute call, and Donna called back saying she could fit me in! A great experience. Staff was kind and welcoming. Will be going back!

If you want to be verbally assaulted for the first 20 minutes of your visit, seeing Donna the owner is the tech for you. Don’t ask her any questions however, you will be berated in front of other customers. As a return customer I expect more. She also lectured me on watching the TV so I wouldn’t move my fingers which were wrenched around aggressively. Got up and changed the TV Chanel so I could watch the TV only and not her. Told me my nails were too short and I will not be able to complain to her if I break one. Went on for a good 5-7 minutes about that, and how she would not be yelled at or accountable for broken nails. My nails were less than par when she was done. Crooked thumb, sloppy polish, thick and wide. I went home and fixed them. You have to pay her credit card fees and you can only tip in cash. The worst nail experience I have ever had. Can you imagine if I had done my nails hoping for pampering or after a bad day or having a hard time? She should really be embarrassed and ashamed that her own business is this ridiculous!

My mom and I went in for pedicures as we were on vacation. They were okay. It is a pleasant environment, the workers are friendly, and the shop was clean, but the actual service was just okay. We called ahead for time a slot and got right in. I had the basic pedicure with gel polish. My mom got the deluxe with regular polish. We did not ask for prices ahead of time, but the book of options showed basic pedicure at $35 and deluxe at $60. I am aware that there is an up charge for gel polish, in my experience typically $5-$10upchaege. I was charged $60 for the basic pedicure with gel, paid with cash. My mom was told $60 but on her card was a $68.25 charge. She also tipped cash.

My gel polish turned out great, my mom’s regular polish was given 1 coat of color and no top coat and chipped by morning. The nails were trimmed nicely and straight across. But neither of us has our cuticles cared for, pushed back/trimmed. And with my mom’s deluxe pedicure she didn’t get a leg/foot massage.

We are frequent pedicure people. Typically spending $35-$50 on services depending on location. Tried this location for the first time on vacation. Missed out on a lot of “typical pedicure” procedures especially for the higher end costs.

I was a walk in, told it would be 10 minutes, it was 40 when I was just going to leave, she took me to a chair for me to sit with no water for foot soak for another 10 minutes. The tech came and had me out of chair in 15 minutes! I didn’t even get a top coat, which I pointed out to him and he kept saying “you are done”. As I was telling the lady under the drying table she said he did the same to the last customer. This was not the spa experience I expected. Never coming back again! Absolutely the most rushed job I ever had. Now I have to go to Walgreens and buy some.top coat 😡

The shop is a very clean shop. But! This was one of the worst pedicures I’ve ever had! No Massage, very little attention to cuticles, zero removal of dry or callus areas on my feet, and the gentleman giving my pedicure… Had zero patience and showed it! They were very few people in the shop… I understand why. I will never go back.
