I was greeted as soon as I walked in. They asked me to check in and walked me to Kelli’s desk. Kelli greeted me and asked me what I was getting done on my nails. She was very friendly and made me feel welcome. She was very detailed with shaping my nails and the design on my nails came out perfect. Very happy with the service that I was provided by Kelli. I will definitely go back again.

It was my first visit to this nail salon, and I found it very easy and convenient to book an appointment online. I made reservations for a gel pedicure and a regular pedicure, one for me and one for my daughter. The salon was spotless and welcoming. Upon arrival, we were promptly greeted and soon after shown to our seats. Niki, the nail technician, exceeded my expectations with her exceptional service, especially the foot and leg massage. I initially picked a color that didn’t quite meet my expectations, and Niki was considerate enough to confirm my preference before proceeding. I eventually opted for a different color, and she handled the situation with professionalism and understanding. While they don’t take credit cards, they do accept cash, Venmo, and Zelle. Both my daughter and I left the salon feeling extremely pleased with the service received, and we definitely plan on returning in the future!

I went to this nail salon after not being able to get in at my old salon for over two weeks… They were able to get me in very last minute and were very friendly and professional… I was not rushed threw my service which was a fill and pedicure… I usually take a little bit to feel comfortable with a new nail tech but I want to give a huge shout out to REN because she was fabulous!!! I highly recommend her and this salon!!!

I have NEVER left a nail salon being so unhappy before. When I went the lady couldn’t do what I asked for so she got frustrated and left my nails undone she just put the top coat on and said she wasn’t doing them. I will never go back to this place ever again.

Very disappointed overall. My new dip manicure is uneven and there is dip on my cuticles. I should have left as soon as it started. When they were taking my dip off the nail tech started cutting and picking it off with his nails and a cuticle trimmer and did not soak it off at all (how it is supposed to be done to not destroy the nail). There was very minimal prep to the nails before applying the dip only filing the nail down.
