I was there today with my daughter. My daughter was to get a full set of acrylics and I was just to get a fill. The lady Angela was starting mine and she started that I needed a new full set because they were old. She began cutting, prying, and tearing the acrylic off of my nails, it felt it she was tearing off my nail bed!!! Which I believe she was. I should have stopped her. At the time I had no idea I would come home and be in such pain! I could not touch or grab anything without my hands throbbing!! Hours later they still hurt.
We have be to Luxury before and had great experiences nothing like this!!! Please don’t let her do that to anyone else please!
Hannah by the way did a wonderful job on my daughter!!! She was gentle and a very good artist with my daughter’s nails.
Thankful that my daughter didn’t have Angela !!
