Genuinely the best experience I’ve had at a nail salon, the lady took her time and I could tell that she actually cared about making them look good and they do! I also didn’t feel like my finger nails were being ripped off 🙂

This is what i asked for and the gentleman said he could do it no problem and if you see the end results doesn’t look anything like the picture. I also wanted jewels on my finger and I guess he forgot because it never happened. He rushed through my nails so fast like he was ready to go that my nails have cuts on them and he didn’t even try to make it look somewhat similar to the picture
Don’t say you can do this design if you really can’t. Beyond dissatisfied and will forever be going to Hollywood nails!!

Called prior to arriving to see if there was a long wait, I was told there was no wait for a pedicure, & that I could come right then, so I did. I arrived and checked in at the kiosk at 4:23pm, I was instantly taken back and seated to soak. My service didn’t begin until 5:10pm. I waited over 40minutes in cold water for a 20minute pedicure. He kept burning me with the drill because it was up too high. And then gave me attitude because he couldn’t understand that I wanted my big toes squared with rounded corners. They get you in and sit you to soak and then rush your service. I originally wanted the deluxe package, but after waiting so long I was OVER IT. I too am in the service industry so not tipping isn’t something I’m fond of. As I checkout, I pay in cash and leave the nail tech $1 (because I was not at all pleased with my service). The tech says Oh No Tip for Me? I reply, I waited 45minutes for a 20minute pedicure, my time was the tip. I understand getting busy, but communicate with your clients and show them you value their time by letting them know there’s a wait. Consider adding text alerts on your kiosk so that 10-15 minutes before the nail tech is done with one client, they can notify the next client their service will begin in approximately 10-15minutes. In case the client has left the salon they have time to return before being skipped. Long wait & poor customer service is a never again for me. Back to Hollywood Nails I go.

Angel does an excellent job!! I was way overdue for a pedicure, so I went back where I was comfortable before. The shop has been updated and is even nicer than before, and everyone is very professional. AND , they remembered me after 2 years. I’m so glad I re-connected with them.
