Khown has been doing my nails for a couple years. She always does a great job and she is super sweet!

I have been going to Luxury Nails for over 20 years. Khone and Annie (the owner) are the best. I would never go anywhere else. One time I tried going to Bella Nails (because I couldn’t get an appt at Luxury Nails before an event) and I learned my lesson – never go anywhere else but Luxury Nails.

Annie is amazing and very knowledgeable about complex pedicures. She has been doing my nails for 14 years and always does a fantastic job.

Very unpleasant atmosphere. You feel like unwanted guest for your own money. Nail tech Anne did everything possible to ignore customers. If you just come in , she make you wait – when free of work tech digging on phone . Or you already seat for soaking and she is leave you to take a lunch in near price chopper . They have a nice and hard working ladies, but she is “dirt in honey “. Never go there again

Worst full set I have ever had! I am furious I had to pay for them after the awful experience I had. I called ahead of time to ask about pricing. I asked how much a full set and gel Polish or dip would be. Was quoted 35 to 40 dollars. I’m used to paying that. I was looking for a new nail salon closer to my boyfriends house because I may be living in the area in the next year or so,and I’m there 4 days a week. The older woman who did my nails, first of all her customer service was awful. She was very rude, and short with me like I was bothering her for coming in to pay her to do my nails. Like she didn’t want my money or something. I explained that I’m a cosmetologist so technically I can do nails I just prefer not to and stick to the hair and skin side of it. My nails are frumpy and lumpy and it took almost 2 hours for her to do them! Everytime her file would catch on one of my nails she huffed and acted like it was my fault! Like I was moving my nails on purpose lol ridiculous. Then she proceeded to cut me not once but THREE times with the electric file…after I plain and simple asked her “when is the last time that file that you just cut me with and I’m bleeding now, been cleaned?” she looked at my like I was crazy for asking that but I’m sorry I Know the rules and regulations, and her tools looked dirty and I had just been cut with them! So then she didn’t answer my question and instead globbed a big thing of what felt like pure alcohol on my open wound! My cuts still sting and she only did that to one of them! And said “there it’s clean now” and I said that’s nice now my fingers are on fire and I asked you about your tools, so then she huffs and sighs and gets solution out and puts it in a container and put her tools in to to soak… Little too late for that seeing as how I was already cut. I’m hoping I don’t get an infection! Then when they’re all done, she tells me it’s 40 for the set and 15 dollars more for the gel! When I had specifically asked about the gel before getting it done! Worst 55 dollar set I have ever had. And I was clearly upset and Noone did a damn thing about it they just made me pay anyway. Needless to say I’m never going back, what an awful experience.
