Ann has always been absolutely amazing every time we come. She takes great care of my partners nails. Her precision and perfection is second to none. She is incredibly nice, funny, knowledgeable, and customer service oriented. She is an artist that takes pride in her work. We always return to her for these reasons.
The prices are great and the salon is very clean. They are friendly but never pushy.

I have been going to Luxury Nails to get my nails done about once a month. It is always a great experience. The place is clean and organized and my nails always last upwards of three weeks with no breakage. I’m really surprised this place doesn’t have more stars

Results are extremely varied depending on the manicurist you get. I got the dip both visits. First visit with Ann was perfect. No pain she took her time and manicured my nails correctly. So natural looking lasted beautifully. 2nd visit with Nancy was horrible she trimmed my cuticles with the electric spinning file it really hurt and throbbed throughout the night. My nail were thick and lumpy. I had to file the lumps off because it looked so terrible. I could have done a much better job myself without the pain.

This nail salon is usually pretty great with service, but inexcusably terrible with appointments. I have made several appointments online at this nail salon only to be left waiting for up to 45 minutes for an appointment I already had scheduled. They don’t value their customers time by offering appointments they cannot keep. I will not go back here because they don’t care that they have wasted my time by not managing their own schedule

The actual pedicure was good. Once she started to paint my toenails, she got in a huge hurry & it shows. When I got home & could see well, they are terrible. She bruised my cuticle area and left tons of skin in other places and also the paint is like rippled/indented. I left to go out of town the next morning & didn’t have time to go back & show them but I will not go back. I could have done a better job myself!
