Perfect example of excellent customer service. I got off work late and called to see what time they closed. The lady on the phone said 7pm. It was 6pm when I called expecting that the be the end of the conversation the lady on the phone then asked if I wanted to get my nails down. I told her yes but I’m not going to arrive until 6:30pm. She informed me that I could still come. When I got there I was immediately serviced. I received a pedicure and a fill-in. While the lady worked on my feet, another lady worked on my nails. The services weren’t rushed and they talked to me the entire time I was there. In the end I was completely pleased and satisfied with my nails and toes and completely grateful at how kind they treated me! I will definitely come back the next time I’m traveling in Memphis! Thank you for such a wonderful experience and excellent quality work!

They are wonderful with children. My girls love getting their nails done & everyone that works here is so patient & willing to give them exactly what they want (no matter how difficult or detailed). They make it a great experience for two little girls (ages 5 & 9).
