I made an appointment for my mother and myself, first time at this spa! 3.5 hours later they did not do my mothers feet because other people came in and they took them and my mother was not going to wait longer. They don’t tell you prices although they did hand me a flyer with prices. My nails did not come out as the pictures that I showed the owner. My pedicure was the worst ever as I was tortured and the lady next to me ended up getting up and walking out as the worker sprayed her entire body down with water and then got upset because they customer got upset. My eyebrows look like my 5 year old granddaughter waxed them. Total price for a horrible job and experience was $130! Yes, $130 WOW! Rip off and these people were not friendly AT ALL, very rude and will tell you that they can do what you show them a picture of and it comes out totally opposite! Have no idea how this place stays open! Don’t waste your time nor money!

I finally got my father in law to agree to go! They were so gentle and kind with him!! Never thought he would do it but I think he’ll go every time I take my mother in law now. Wanted to publicly say that even though someone old has very gross looking nails it’s probably even more important they receive these treatments, he told his sweet awesome Van, that he was sorry she had to touch his feet, and that he had not been able to reach them for years, nor washed them n several weeks
Never thought this old Cowboy would experience this and I’m so grateful for the entire staffs as well as other customers being SO KIND! He had them all kinda smiling to themselves, and it actually was not gross to them, but cute to see these two sweet elderly people enjoying something so very much.

It was good at first, i got my nails acrylic, but the lady left my nails chunky and they don’t even look like coffin nails. You can see the texture, small pieces of hair in the nails, and she didn’t cover all the spots. She was quite rough on me and cut two of my fingers. I’m not pleased with how my nails turned out. She showed me on camera when she was on the phone with her husband without my consent on being able to show me, which I wasn’t very comfortable with.

I have gone here a few time and it was okay for nails. Pretty pricey for what you get. My daughter and I got pedicures today and they spend maybe 15-20mins on us. I went to put my shoes on 2 hours later and the nail polish messed up immediately! Cheap nail polish I’m guessing because it was so thick it wouldn’t dry. I spent 65 dollars for our nails to look bad. I say go to Forney if you want to pay the same price for better service. They don’t offer drink or anything.

Highly recommend! The staff are busy but are wonderful. Make an appt. There is only a couple doing nails and they stay busy. They do try to accommodate walk-ins. I trust either nail tech to do my nails (and I’m picky). They take their time to do it right. The ladies that do pedi’s are amazing. Such a relaxing experience.
