I’ve been coming here for almost two years now. It used to be the best place in midland for nails. Recently, it has begun to not hold its reputation. I got this dip set two days ago. Firstly, when the nail tech was beginning, he started cutting my cuticles back so far they began to bleed, he didn’t say anything to me about it and pretended it wasn’t happening. Secondly, they began cracking and chipping the day after I got them! I’m assuming because he didn’t use UV light on them at all. I’m pretty disappointed since I spent $55 on them. I’ve loved this place for a long time but it may be time to find another place for nails.

I have been coming to Kimmy at Luxury Nails Spa for years. She is an amazing nail technician and has such a warm and friendly personality! My nails last forever and she gives the most amazing pedicures. I truly feel like her expertise and attention to detail are unmatched and I always leave so happy!

I have never left a nail salon with a different design than what I wanted. I always just get my toes done here but decides to try nails since my tech was booked. Not the same color shape or style and they still charged me 60 even though they couldn’t do the nails I wanted and I pay 90+ a tip with my regular tech for a good nail design. I was very disappointed I had an awful experience. I would not ever EVER get my nails done there again. It was a very basic set and it could not be accomplished.

Ivy is amazing at what she does! She is so sweet and kind to everyone, she is the only one I will ever let do my nails. She slays them all the time as well as doing amazing designs. She is very reasonable on pricing, I had to wait a bit because she was a little busy but I will WAIT any amount of time for her… I recommend her and she is a 10 out of 10!!!

If I could I would give them 0 stars, they are too rude and lie to you when they don’t want to give you the color you want, one of them hit my hand without knowing why until he told me “don’t move.” This type of treatment seems ridiculous to me, the fact that they don’t give you all the treatment even with their very expensive prices. not recommended for Spanish speaking people, they even become rude if you speak Spanish in front of them or just look at you in a bad way
