My expectations were met, this is exactly what I wanted and the wonderful woman who did them did a great job. Gentle and precise. It would be 5 stars if the prices weren’t so high, but that’s not always something that can be controlled. Definitely a nice place to walk in and get pampered. They have complimentary drinks as well, which was a pleasant surprise (alcoholic and nonalcoholic).

The worst pedicure I’ve ever had. I had regular nail polish and after removing it she took the drill and drilled down all my toes as a shortcut to trim cuticles and edges! Ridiculous… I wasn’t sure at first what she was doing so I just let her do it and I was doing work stuff on my phone also. They are jagged, uneven, lopsided, I left with paint on my skin even smeared. The photo is from 5 days later and they still look messed up! I am not the kind of person to make a big deal of things I just simply do not go back. And I have been a customer for YEARS AND YEARS! But lately the people have not been doing appropriate mani/pedis and taking short cuts and compromising hygiene and skipping steps. Sometimes it doesn’t even matter what pedi level I pick bc they’re all the same just maybe an extra cream or something… it’s just ridiculous. No one seems trained anymore I’d rather do my own at home or go to a different salon where I know they know what they’re doing. Another thing is if you want any design they act like they can’t or don’t want to. You pay extra for it so idk what the issue is. But I know if I go to other places they will do it. It’s never anything crazy like gems or anything extra… I usually spend 80-150 here each time…

WAY too expensive. Filled out the paper at the beginning saying I wanted an acrylic full set. It said $58. Got my nails done and went to pay – $92! If I’m paying that much, I expect my nails to be perfect and they absolutely were not. A week later and two nails are already lifting because she let the acrylic flood my cuticle and it dried all crusty and looks disgusting! $92 dollar nails shouldn’t look like this after only a week! Don’t go here

I go here atleast once every month or so and I always get my feet done I get a luxury pedicure well this time there was nothing luxury about it the guy literally took the Orange file block to the top of my feet as hard as possible I kept pulling my feet away saying that hurts he would put the fine down for a second then do it again I done have scratch marks on the tops of my feet I can’t wear shoes because it makes them burn and when I went to pay I said something and they only wants to give me like 7 dollars off my pedicure mind u also my total was almost $300 as I got mine and my friend hands and toes done they who did my friends was really sweet took her time dude that did mine rushed Thur it was super rough it really makes me upset when I said something about she literally told me they will go away u won’t even see the scratch’s no they are worse to day first to are from right after it happen 2 are the next morning

The nail tech I had was friendly and I do like my nails. However, she cut my skin when cutting my cuticles. She used the wash cloth to clean it, when I noticed it was bleeding i asked if she had a kleenex so I could stop the bleeding. She used some green liquid with a paper towel and wiped over it. Also, she didn’t disinfect it the clippers or anything. I should have asked for an injury report or said something to a manager bur I didn’t want to make a scene especially on my birthday. So just know if you do go here they don’t reclean their tools. I wonder how many people before me they have done that too, im worried about if I will get an infection or something, I spent over 50$ here and yeah just wasn’t a great experience due to this.
