I normally take my daughters here to get their nails done. My oldest daughter always gets serviced by the owner. She typically does an ok job. My younger daughter isn’t as particular, but still expects for them to do right by her. Yesterday, my daughter showed them a picture of short pink french tips, minus the gems because they don’t have them. Simple enough right? I’m not sure where the disconnect was, but as you can see in the pictures, that is not the service that was rendered. 1) the provider didn’t match the nail numbers. They were so big and bulky. & he used white tips. 2) They were crooked. 3) When she continuously asked him to fix them, he huffed and puffed, told her he was done servicing her and sent her to the owner. Didn’t even bother to put a top coat on the mess. But that was fine. The owner then proceeds to tell my daughter she’s too picky and she doesn’t care that she’s upset and she can go somewhere else. When I asked the owner why she’d say that to a child, she smiled and said she didn’t. My older daughter was still being serviced by her and confirmed that is 100% what was said. Once my daughters nails were done, she over charged her for long nails, designs, and some other stuff she didn’t get. It was a mess. But needless to say, we will not be back.

Eh, my first set was ok. Cheap and good enough for me to not complain. Then went in for a fill two weeks later and this is what I left with due to another customers appt not being written down so my nails were rushed. (And a fill was only $5 less than an entire new set!!) I’d rather pay the price at my old spot and be happy! *pictures are all from the same day*

Excellent service, very kind employees and the salon is beautiful and very clean! I walked in with my 2 toddlers and they were so sweet and patient with them. We have found our new favorite nail salon!

My daughter and I went to both get manicures today!! Our nails are nothing short of being awful!!. 2 different techs. Lumpy gel polish, already chipped at the ends or were never painted. I had to have one of my nails repaired and it wasn’t filed down and smoothed out. Both of our edges are extremely rough. Besides the poor job on our nails; my daughters tech asked who she was voting for president? Like what? We came to get our nails done not have a political debate. Then she asked my daughter what was wrong with her nose. Now if I would have heard that I would have said something right there. This is completely unacceptable and down right rude. There is nothing wrong with my daughters nose. Absolutely nothing. I am appalled at the extremely poor service we received along with political gestures and comments about my daughters appearance. How rude and disrespectful. This place needs to do better.
